AI Training Module Call Demo

A collection agent, Sam, calls a fictitious, difficult debtor that is facing financial challenges called Todd, played by our Umbrella Tech's AI. The call is meant to give the collector experience with negotiation, empathy and navigating a distressed debtor considering  bankruptcy. The call is then audited by our AI Call Scorecard engine, transcribing the call, scoring it based on customized metrics and highlighting strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement for the debtor.
